All families have different requirements. We offer three discrete levels of service as a starting point: our Essentials package provides the basics; the Signature package provides a more comprehensive level of support, while our Premium package provides additional, personalised assistance for complete peace of mind.
Essentials service
Our Essentials guardianship service is ideal for English speaking families who have support from friends or family members in the UK and who will not require a host family for their child in the holidays. This service provides you with legal guardianship and emergency support.
The expenses fund is to cover any unforeseen costs like emergency transport or support, and is fully refundable if not used.

Signature service
Our Signature guardianship service is aimed at families with a child who requires additional support, with travel arrangements and regular hosting with families during school holidays and Exeat weekends.
This service includes additional welfare support, including meetings with the child and school, and communication with parents on academic and pastoral matters to ensure complete peace of mind.
The expenses fund covers costs like transport or emergency support, and is fully refundable if not used.
Includes Essentials Service, plus:
✔️ Initial meeting with student on arrival (in-person or online)
✔️ Provision of host family for holidays / exeat weekends
✔️ One in-person visit per year plus report on progress to parents
✔️ Regular ongoing communication with school house parents to check wellbeing
✔️ Termly welfare checks with child via phone or video call
✔️ End of year report written and sent to parents
✔️ Coordination of transport to and from school with screened drivers
Registration fee: £200
Service fee (2025-26): £860 per term / £2,580 per year

Premium Service
Our Premium guardianship service aims to provide a comprehensive support package for you and your child, to offer complete peace of mind.
In addition to the Signature service offering, this package includes assistance with setting up a bank account, sourcing a UK mobile phone SIM card, and attendance at parent evenings. We will also help with any medical appointments your child has, and can support you with travel arrangements if you want to visit your child in the UK.
We will be in regular communication with the school and your child and provide you with regular updates on progress and welfare.

Includes Signature Service, plus:

✔️ Organisation of Host Family stays in addition to exeats and half-term holidays
✔️ Book medical & optical appointments for your child
✔️ Attendance at one parents evening (in person) or up to three (online), with full follow up report
✔️ Provision of pocket money
✔️ Source UK mobile phone SIM card
✔️ Assistance setting up a UK bank account
✔️ Source and arrange extra tuition as required (tuition charged at cost)
✔️ Arrange accommodation and UK taxi transfers for a family visit (accommodation and taxis charged at cost)

Fixed fees and optional extras
Additional fees are payable for third party services, or optional extras, and work which may need to be carried out during unforeseen circumstances:
Host family accommodation: £65 per day
Emergency host family accommodation, for serious illness or removal from school: £80 per day
Emergency chaperone service or school visit: £45 per hour
Additional school visit and meeting: £150
Translation of school reports or communications into Russian or Ukrainian: £20 per hour
Transport costs including taxi or train journeys: charged at cost
