Essentials service
Our Essentials guardianship service is ideal for English speaking families who have support from friends or family members in the UK and who will not require a host family for their child in the holidays. This service provides you with a basic level of guardianship support.
The expenses fund is to cover any unforeseen costs like emergency transport or support, and is fully refundable if not used.
What’s included:
✔️ Provision of education guardianship contract, confirmation letter and company information
✔️ 24/7 telephone emergency support: we will be on hand to respond to urgent matters, such as sickness or suspention from school
✔️ Meeting with student before coming to the UK, plus check-in following arrival
✔️ Termly child welfare checks via phone or video call
Registration fee: £200
Service fee 2026-27: £325 per term / £975 per year
Expenses deposit per term (refundable): £200
Signature service
Our Signature guardianship service is aimed at families who require additional ongoing support, for example with travel arrangements or regular hosting with families during school holidays and Exeat weekends.
This popular service includes additional welfare support, including an in-person meeting with the child and their school, and communication with parents on academic and pastoral matters.
The expenses fund covers costs like transport or emergency support, and is fully refundable if not used.
Includes Essentials Service, plus:
✔️ Organising a host family for school holidays / exeat weekends
✔️ One in-person school visit per year plus report on progress to parents
✔️ Regular communication with school and child to check progess and wellbeing
✔️ Whatsapp group for ongoing parent-child-guardian updates
✔️ Support with child’s travel in the UK, including taxi bookings with screened drivers

Service fee 2026-27: £860 per term / £2,580 per year

Premium Service
Our Premium guardianship service aims to provide a comprehensive support package for you and your child, to offer complete peace of mind.
The main benefit is the additional academic support we will provide, by liaising with teachers to understand and anticipate any areas where help is needed. We will interpret school reports for you, so you have a full understanding of your child’s academic progress, and can attend parents evening on your behalf.
We will also provide all the logistical support you need such as setting up a bank account, sourcing a UK mobile phone SIM card, and doing online orders for food or clothes. We will also help with any medical appointments your child has, and can support you with travel arrangements if you want to visit your child in the UK.
The expenses fund covers costs like transport or emergency support, and is fully refundable if not used.
Includes Signature Service, plus:
✔️ Assistance with subject choice, academic support, and analysis of school reports
✔️ Pro-active communication with teaching staff, attending online meetings and parent evenings, with follow up reports
✔️ Logistical support, including online deliveries, sourcing UK phone SIM card, setting up a UK bank account
✔️ Sourcing and arranging extra tuition as required (tuition charged at cost)
✔️ Booking medical, dental & optical appointments for your child
✔️ Arranging accommodation and UK taxi transfers for a family visit (accommodation and taxis charged at cost)

Fixed fees and optional extras
Additional fees are payable for third party services, or optional extras, and work which may need to be carried out during unforeseen circumstances:
Host family accommodation from: £75 per day
Emergency host family accommodation, for serious illness or removal from school from: £85 per day
Emergency chaperone service or school visit: £45 per hour
Arranging education-psychological assessment by professional consultants, and attending appointments: £45 per hour
Additional planned school visit and meeting: £150
Translation of school reports or communications into Russian or Ukrainian: £20 per hour
Transport costs including taxi or train journeys: charged at cost
